Ingredients:
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
- 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
- 12-15 mini sweet peppers
- 1 tsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Slice the mini peppers in half lengthwise. Use a small spoon or finger to gently scoop out the seeds and white ribs, then pat the insides dry with a paper towel.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth and velvety.
- Fold in the garlic powder, half of the Everything Bagel seasoning, and the chopped chives.
- Transfer the filling to a piping bag or Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off and pipe the mixture into each pepper half until full.
- For a cold snack: Sprinkle the remaining seasoning on top and serve immediately.
- For a warm snack: Lightly brush the outside of the peppers with olive oil and air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes until slightly blistered.
