Ingredients:

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp Everything Bagel Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 12-15 mini sweet peppers
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions:

  1. Slice the mini peppers in half lengthwise. Use a small spoon or finger to gently scoop out the seeds and white ribs, then pat the insides dry with a paper towel.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and Greek yogurt. Stir until the mixture is completely smooth and velvety.
  3. Fold in the garlic powder, half of the Everything Bagel seasoning, and the chopped chives.
  4. Transfer the filling to a piping bag or Ziploc bag with the corner snipped off and pipe the mixture into each pepper half until full.
  5. For a cold snack: Sprinkle the remaining seasoning on top and serve immediately.
  6. For a warm snack: Lightly brush the outside of the peppers with olive oil and air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes until slightly blistered.
