Ingredients:

  • 3 large eggs
  • 240 g plain full-fat Greek yogurt (strained)
  • 28 g melted unsalted butter
  • 5 g baking powder
  • 3 g salt
  • 8 g garlic powder or Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Beat the eggs on high speed for 3-5 minutes until they have doubled in volume and look pale.
  2. Gently fold in the Greek yogurt and melted butter using a spatula.
  3. Sift the baking powder, salt, and optional garlic powder or Italian seasoning directly into the wet mixture and fold gently until no clumps remain.
  4. Pour the batter into a parchment-lined loaf pan and bake at 350°F (175°C) for 35-40 minutes.
  5. Let the bread rest in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
