Ingredients:
- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless frozen chicken breasts
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions:
- Pour the olive oil and chicken broth into the inner pot of the electric pressure cooker.
- Place the frozen chicken breasts into the pot, separating them slightly if they are frozen together.
- Sprinkle the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper evenly over the tops of the frozen chicken.
- Close the lid and set the steam release valve to the 'Sealing' position.
- Select 'Manual' or 'Pressure Cook' on High Pressure for 12 minutes.
- Once the cooking cycle is complete, allow for a 10-minute Natural Pressure Release (NPR).
- Carefully turn the valve to 'Venting' to release any remaining steam.
- Remove chicken to a plate and use a digital meat thermometer to ensure the thickest part of the breast has reached 165°F (74°C).
